This may or may not be related, but I can not get SQL 2000 loaded and someone told me it might because my computer has Sybase loaded on it. I deinstalled sybase but I am still getting an error when I try and load my copy of SQL2000 when it trys to launch the server. I googled the error with no help, and someone mentioned they had seen this before caused by Sybase. I posted on the SQL forum without response, figured I would try here.
This is the error in the sql log after installation fails.
