sybase backup server error after restat

after each restart of AIX server , we optain this message


No server log file open; Using stderr for log.
Sep 1 20:14:00 2013: Backup Server: 1.56.2.1: The SYBASE environment variable m
ust be set.

The logfile should be set in your RUN_srvr_back file (-e flag)
