Hi,
I'm running Sybase 7.0 on NT 4.0 server. The entire system was setup by the vendor and I really do not know much about Sybase. What I want to accomplish is a off-line backup. I want to do this with NT scheduler (AT commands) but I am not sure how to shutdown and start the database so I can back the entire system up while it is offline.
Here's what I have so far (AT Command)
AT 5:00 /INTERACTIVE /EVERY:M,T,W,TH,F,S,SU D:\DES\MEDACT\ASA\WIN32\DBSRV7.EXE -tq 19:00 -x TCPIP d:\DESDATA\DESDATA.DB
The command is all one one line.
I appreciate the help.
Thanks Jim
