SX2k - Multiple Extensions to 1 Voice Mail Box

Mitel SX2000, L/W 32 R1.1; NuPoint Voice Mail, 4.23G.

In one department we have 3 extensions: 3266, 3277 and 3201 that are occupied in rotation, one week at each. The users want all voice mail for all three extensions to be directed to only 3201's voice mail box. We do not have ACD.

Can someone tell me how to do this? Of course, it would be nice if all three MWIs flashed whenever there was a message in 3201's VM box.

2 transfer mailboxes (3266, 3277) + 1 user mailbox
point the transfer mailboxes to 3201

We cannot flash the individual sets' main MWI lamps (except for 3201) but you could put a no-ring key appearance of 3201 on 3266 and 3277 along with a keyline MWI indicator of 3201. In that way the keyline would flash and by pressing the flashing key (only while flashing) the caller would be taken directly to 3201's mailbox and be prompted for their login credentials.

OK, well that worked perfectly. The users are happy and they especially like the flashing key and being directed to the 3201 VM.
