SX2000 Retirement

I have been trying to find out the date official support stops on the SX2000 Light, have search on Mitel (MOL) to no avail. Does anyone have a link to the official bulletin released by Mitel ?

Mitel normaly still provide some support for retired products. Its just a best efforts thing rather than official. But as the sx2000 is quite well known I shouldn't think that you would have too many problems getting support for the forseable future. I can still get support from Mitel on the speak@ease and that has been discontiued for some time now.

Agreed supporting the product ourselves is not a problem as we have plenty of spares etc. However one of our customers has asked for the official date from Mitel to use in is argument to replace it with a 3300. I have seen this document in the past but am now unable to find it. We have tried via our Mitel account manager as well, just thought someone may have a link to the info we need.

Unfortunantley this only gives the date when they will stop selling "new" parts as opposed to supporting the product with repaired items etc.

Any info to support the date of October 2015 mentioned above ?
