Hi, on an sx2000 micro light, release 34, a page group that includes 15 users (superset 4025 or 4015) pages everybody but 2 extensions. Their speakerphone works, I tried removing and then adding them back to the page group, to no avail.

Also, the paging seems to be "slow", meaning after entering the FAC and the number of the page group it takes a while before you get the paging announcement tone.

any clue on what the issue might be?

Delay is due to conflicting numbers

Check for active features on the sets that are not paging using: Locate Feature Ext XXXX

I solved the first part, they were not on DND, those 2 sets were in a COS that did not allow group page :\

Regarding the dialing conflict, the page group is 51. The numbers 516 and 517 are the only two numbers in the range 510-519.. would renumbering those speed up the paging process, or is the conflict at the FAC level??

thanks!

Another possibility would be class of service. Are the phones that are not working in the same class of service?

If not, you can either put them in the same class of service as the other phones. Or if not in the same class of service you could check to see if the paging option is enabled (there are several settings in class of service options) I haven't done a lot with paging, but I have had similar problems with other features & class of service was the reason that they worked on some phones, but not others.

Good luck

Yes 51X will conflict with 51 and cause delay.

You can either renumber 51X or page 51#
