I have 2 sx-2000 lights that are connected VIA a MSDN link; I believe they are noded together, but don't know how to check, so i can't say for sure. I have a phone off the remote Mitel, that i made so it can only dial 4 digits(extensions and sytem speed call numbers only). The problem i am having is that all the System Speed numbers that the phone needs to access is on the main Mitel i have here at the office! Is there a way to enable the system speed call list to be used by both PBX? The remote site only has 5 speed call number (none which are on the main PBX) but our main PBX has over 200 numbers.

Thanks for any help you can give.

If the systems are clustered the speedcalls can be shared.

Do you have any values programmed in the Cluster Element Assignment form?

If not, you will need to configure ARS to pass the digits to the remote system.

Depending on your skill levelyou may want to engage someone to assist with this as some of the aspects can be tricky.

Thank you....

It looks like we don't have the package that allows us to access Cluster Element. I was going to configure ARS as you suggested, but i didn't feel like programming over 100 different routes for a phone that will only be used for a couple of months. As a work around i decide to just add that location to our VOIP network which runs off our Main PBX.

Thanks for all the help.
