I wonder if anyone can assist me. I have just changed an extension number from 250 to 400. If calls came into ext 250 the reception used to pick them up via call pickup directed. Since re numbering this ext it has not been possable. can someone please advise me of what i have missed.....

Thanks

Stupid Question, Has switchboard changed what is dialed to reflect the change? XX400 instead of XX250?

Is a speedcall in use that needs to be modified?

When you changed the ext, did you delete the original extension before the change? If so, you need to confirm your COS, COR in Station Service Assignment form.

Hi Thanks for that, Yes the ext was deleted before the change, I have also amended ther cor & cos accordingly and also changed the speed dial. This was all done at the time of the change but still unable to complete the call pick up directed

Is it just the switchboard that can't pickup?

Can the Switchboard pickup calls at other stations?

Can other stations pickup the 400 Ext?

Is the key a Prime line or Non-Prime?

Is it a multicall?

Just fishing but I would check the above and anything else you can think of.

P.S. You're certain you're using directed and not Group?
