I have an sx2000 problem with incoming calls and re-routing them. I have a superset 4025 with a pkm as a main switch-board receiving all incoming calls, but after 3 rings this needs to re-route to an analogue phone(which works) and then it will need to re-route to another analogue phone(doesnt work) and then re-route to a superset 4dn(doesnt work either) and then re-route to a voicemail hunt group.

OR ALTERNATIVELY

If i could get the call to re-route from the superset 4025 to ring all the other extensions and if nobody picks up to voicemail.(which i am told cannot be done on the sx2000).

I would much appreciate if anybody could provide a fix for this or a way around the problem!!!

you can only use re-route for the first 2 hops, after that you need forwarding. Also in system options you need to verify that you allow enough forward hops.

With respect to the second re-route that is currently failing. The control of that hop is from the 4025 reroute 2nd alternative NOT the analog set. You need to set the First alt to the 1st analog set (you say this is working) and the 2nd Alt to the second analog(not working).

Hope this helps.
