Sx200 Wake up Calls failing

We Have an Redundant sx2000 running lw34 the Hotel is getting complaints from guests that they do not get there wake up call, when checking the hotel logs you can see the wake up call being set but nothing in the logs to say it was instigated by the sx2000. This is not happening on every wake up but when a wake up goes through ok you can see it in the hotel logs being answered by the exts, anyone have any ideas.
 
I ran into a similar issue on a 3300 that was interfaced to a Fidelio/Opera system. The PMS system ran some sort of routine overnight that would checkout and then re-checkin rooms. Add to this that there is an option to clear wakeups on checkin and the result is no wakeup call.

My solution was to disable the Clear Wakeup on checkin option.

wheres this option in hotel options form or fedelio/opera
 
I can't guarantee the 2K has the same option but on the 3300 in the Hotel Options Form

Cancel Wake-ups on Checkout

Select No to disable the automatic cancellation of Wake-ups on Check-Out. Wake-ups that have not matured by the time the next guest checks in to the room are cancelled at the time of check-in.

With Suite Services and group check-out, all wake-up calls are cancelled. Without this option, guests would miss their wake-up calls when the room is checked out before the guests leave.

ok cheers, just tried changing the option and it said you need feature level 4, so the site will need an option upgrade.
 
Or, if the issue is the same, you could take it up with the PMS vendor and get them to stop whatever they might be doing that is causing the issue.
