I have had an ongoing problem with our VM ports not picking up. I have 16 extensions for VM ports. Everynow and then one or two will not pick up. After days/weeks it will all of a sudden work. Out of all 16 the "all of a sudden" bad ports. I have noticed on the console, they do not have Set Up msg, or Send MSG. They show Call Fwd and Busy out. COS and COR are all the same, so is the type (430). Is it possible the operator has done something? He is blind(not a metaphor). He is the one that checks that the lines pick up. Diag shows the line ringing.
