SX200 VM Port not answering

I have had an ongoing problem with our VM ports not picking up. I have 16 extensions for VM ports. Everynow and then one or two will not pick up. After days/weeks it will all of a sudden work. Out of all 16 the "all of a sudden" bad ports. I have noticed on the console, they do not have Set Up msg, or Send MSG. They show Call Fwd and Busy out. COS and COR are all the same, so is the type (430). Is it possible the operator has done something? He is blind(not a metaphor). He is the one that checks that the lines pick up. Diag shows the line ringing.
 
We assume a EL/X/ML with a EMEM card?

Do you have COV/DNIC voice mail enabled in the COS?

Yes COV/DNIC is enabled for the V/M COS.

As far as the Send Msg, this is the only difference I can find out of the 16 ext for vm. All the working ext have the Send Msg, Set Up Msg. The two that are not answering do not have that. Is this a model type feature? The vm ext are using 430 type.

We are using DNIC integration. Also can you recommend an upgrade system for our Call Xpress3 voice mail?

Personally when it comes to DNIC integration, I like a company called 1CTI ( They have a very nice DNIC integration and have a Outlook addin so you can get your messages in Outlook without Exchange server. Works pretty cool.
 
I had another port go out. I checked the console and sure enough this port does not have the setup msg, and send msg feature. I am thinking this is a COS feature. All COS are the same. This is the longest we have had the first two stay dead.

We are looking into active voice, and call express, but this will not be for a few months...hopefully...

In the programming on the 200 make sure your COS does not have option 604 for Automatic outgoing line. In the key assignment of the set make sure you have the line selection set to manual and finally System option 22? Last party clear dial tone should be on.
