I am upgrading a SX200 lite to a Sx200 ICP and am unable to access the database on the 200 lite. I am getting disk I O output failure and corrupt database. I have had this before and have changed the floppy drives and cured the problem. This time it didn't work and I suspect the floppys are bad. This switch belonged to another vendor and there are no spare floppys or any record sheets of what is in the customer database. Is there any way to recover the database from this switch that I am not aware of?

The minimum software level required required for a software migration of the database is LTW-19-Rel3 (some flavor of Q-Stream, Q36 or higher if memory serves)

As you are mentioning floppy drives, your system software will be much too old to migrate and you will be looking at needing to handpunch the system anyway.

Use form 32 to get hardcopys of the programming and get cracking.
