SX200 ICP: Voicemail MWI Issues! HELP!

Hi,

My name is Steven with Telecom West Inc

I am having issues with a Mitel SX200 ICP and its onboard voicemail. I have a customer that is having an issue where the MWI wont extinguish on analog phone sets even after voicemail messages and call backs are cleared and on digital phone sets message waiting lights will not illuminate on the phone sets when a message is left. This issue is system wide affecting many users.

Can anyone shed any light on this one?
