Sx200 ICP Time of Day restriction

On a SX-200 ICP can you do time of day restriction and if yes how. Ex: I have 10 phones that are unrestricted between 8:00 am and 5:00 p.m and I want them fully restricted from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am

Hopefully someone has a better solution than mine, but I think you may have to consider fully restricting these sets and then issuing account codes to users to gain access. I believe you would need to use verified account codes and you can make them simple or short numbers. These account codes will assign temporary COS and COR numbers on a per call basis to an extension when entered correctly.

Can it be done - Yes

Is it Simple - No.

You will need to be a sophisticated ARS programmer.

Create 2 routes for each of the types of calls you want to restrict.
One will be unrestricted by Cor Group
One Will be restricted by Cor Group

Create 2 route lists Each only having 1 of the routes above

Create a route Plan based on time of Day to use one list or the other.

In conjunction with this, I would enable verified account codes to override the restrictions for after hours use.
