SX200 ICP Rel 5.0 Name Announcement 2

Morning My Mitel Guru's,

Mitel SX200ICP Running 5.0 - Hotel/Casino Site.

Having a moment of memory lapse... this might be an easy question, but with Christmas and all - not thinking properly.

When you call the Pilot number of the site, the caller is answered by the Auto Attendant.
The AA has been altered recently, the new greeting is correct; but when you press 2 to transfer to the new extension, you hear "You are being transfered to SALES[/color red]".
The new location is not sales, but Floor Casino Manager. The transfer goes to the correct location, but the announced name is incorrect. Name on the Mailbox is correct. If you call-> press 2- transfered to name announcement SALES -> if the floor manager is on the phone it says "Floor Manager[/color red] is on the phone please leave a message."

I thought that the announced name that you are being transfered to, is the name in the mailbox?

Sorry, forgot to mention - Embedded Voicemail.

It uses what is recorded for the mailbox name. In other words when you set up a voicemail box...you set your password, record greeting and record name. The recorded name is what is used to announce where the call is being tranfered to in Embedded Voicemail. So login to mailbox 2 (which is a tranfer mailbox) and change the recorded name(not greeting) to "Floor Manager"

Yes - I made the name change in the specific voicemail box for Floor Manager. The Name greeting for the mailbox is correct, but the announced name on the AA transfer is incorrect.

In the AA - key 2 transfers to Extn 4060(IPSet 5220 with VM) - mailbox 4060 has the new name and greeting.

Order of issue:
-> Caller calls pilot -> caller is presented with AA -> caller presses key 2 for Casino Customer Service -> caller hears "You are being transfered to SALES" -> if Casino Customer service is unavailable caller hears "Casino Customer Service is unavailable" then the Voicemail greeting for customer service.

Ynot log in to mailbox 2 as suggested.

So login to mailbox 2 (which is a tranfer mailbox) and change the recorded name(not greeting) to "Floor Manager"

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I made the name changes in Mailbox 4060 but not Mailbox 2. Yeah - mailbox 2 is where the name announcement is coming from
