sx200 ICP MX Attendant UCD greeting problem

new install sx200 ICP with 5.0 software

Wanted to make the system play a RAD greet when calling the main number/console but found out there was no keycode to enable RAD's/recordings.

Is there a way to get the MOH to play to callers while the console rings at the same time or some other option I'm not aware of? I can only get the music playing when the caller is actually put on hold.

System Option 134 "Recorded Ann't Device" is specific to using Embedded mail as a RAD.

You can still use an external rad source on an ONS port without that option.

The Feature you are looking for is called "Attendant Automatic Overflow"

I was trying to set it up as Attendant Automatic Overflow but the keycode was not there to allow RAD's so in the hunt group settings "recording" does not show up as a softkey.

I was trying to find an alternative with the MOH as all the ONS ports are full.

Thanks for the info as I wasn't sure if an ONS port would still work without the keycode.

No other option if you want the console to continue ringing.

There is an option to stop ringing the console and forward to an auto-Attendant but I usually don't recommend that as things can get stuck in a loop.

The option for VM rad is PN 54000927 and List price is $750.00
