Have a new hospitality customer in a remote area that is not cabled to handle IP phones. Only digital phones available are 4025s. We have programmed the ports typically used for the console and sub-console for the 4025 but display comes as no access when trying to make an outbound call. When calls come in on the trunks we are directing them to the 4025 (x290) it rings the set only 1 or 2 times and then VM box grabs the call even though no forwarding to VM is set. We have checked the interconnection table and COS/COR. We can only seem to dial extension to extension.Any ideas?

No access typically means your ARS is programmed incorrectly. Also in the tenant assignment form 19 look for forward no answer.

Thank you. We did find that since we don't have an attendant console we had to make a change in the COS for the 4025 sets regarding the outgoing restriction so that is working now.

I have 3 other items before this will be benched and ready for the customer:
1) The guest phones seem to be able to go through the steps to set up a wake up call (i.e. the system confirms that it is set) but then the call doesn't happen. Ideas of what to check?
2) The caller reaches the AA and enters a guest room number. The call does not ring through to the set but rather gives a message saying the person is on the phone and then presents VM. Have looked through the settings and am sure I am missing something that permits it to ring the phone. Again, any idea of options to check?
3) Lastly, customer is going to be a new user of the InnQuest Room Master PMS system with the EPI module. I can't seem to find any resources to tell me if I should set it for Hyatt Encore or HIS and what the PMS system needs to see from the Mitel. I even called InnQuest but the tech I got didn't know what to tell me. I am sure that I must have to set some COS options in the VM, etc. for it to work with the PMS. Looking for any resources.
Thank you!

What type of voicemail are you using Nupoint? If so you need to set the treatment type in the mailbox's to blind transfer not M. Almost all PMS use hyatt get a pms emulator it will save you troubleshooting.you have to have a port in the mail or a rad setup to do the wakeup call.
