SX200 ICP> Multicall keys and console

I followed this thread to create the "solution". "SX200 ICP>Ring Groups, Multicall App and Personal O/G Keys"

The customer wants to be able to answer multiple calls from their extensions if the front desk is busy.
I created the phantom extension and added Multi Call keys to the extensions. I directed the dial 0 from vm to the phantom extension. Now of course the console does not ring.
How can I have the console ring AND the multicall keys from my phantom extension?

I don't think you can, which is why we use to use TAFAS if I recall correctly. Ring the console and dial access code from superset when you hear the console ringing. Is this a hotel?

If your SW is current enough, you can create a Ring Group in Form 17 that can include the Prime Extension of the console (Form 7)

It can also include the Prime Extensions of any other phones you want to ring.

I've never tried to include a Multicall Key but If I were a betting man, I'd say that it would not accept those.
