SX200 ICP>All Trunks in use

All, I used to assume that when all trunks(CO in this case) were in use, and a call was made to the lead number in the hunt group, the caller would get a busy signal. I'm troubleshooting an issue for a hotels AA. I called the main TN, I heard it ring 2xs and then I heard a really strange ring. I wouldn't know how to describe it. Almost like a lululululu if that makes sense. Lol! Anyway, I called several more times while monitoring the trunks in MTCE and found that I'm only getting the strange ring when all trunks are in use. If the ring is being caused by the PBX, this is the first time I've heard it do that. Could the source of the ring be the CO?

I've learned that the trunks are centrex lines. Those services are in the process of being cancelled. That may be the culprit.
