I've programmed the 0 mailbox with a hunt group pilot number. The hunt group contains two extensions: the console extension and a cordless phone extension. When I call the MTN and reach the auto attendant; I dial 0. The call rings on the console but not the cordless phone. How can I get the cordless phone to ring?

Program DAY 1 CALL REOUTE for 0 to be DN of console and NIGHT ! to be DN of cordless. When you want to answer calls at cordless switch system to NIGHT !

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

nytalkin, thanks for your reply. Your programming suggestion is exactly how I initially programmed the system. However, they want both extensions (console & cordless) to ring at the same time when the system is in Day mode.
