Have a Hospitialty customer with Mitel SX200 ICP. I have interfaces via IPockets with Vm,PBX and CAS. Their PMS system is Galaxy "Lightspeed". They have inquired about a "group wakeup call" feature of this PMS. Any feedback?

From the Manual said:
Suite Services
Description
Suite Services is a purchasable option that provides the ability to group a number of telephone lines through interconnected hotel or motel rooms (suites), for the purposes of billing and shared telephone services. For example, two bedrooms and a common area can make up a suite. A suite usually has a telephone in each bedroom, and one or more telephones in the common areas.

Message Waiting Indication: A voice mail message left for the primary number will light the message lamps on all of the telephones in the suite. The message lamps will not all be in the same state when there is a message specific for the set. Examples of messages that are specific to the set are messages from the Message key, attendant console, front desk, or from a non-voice mail device using the Send Message feature access code

Thanks kwb but this is not related to the "Guest Suites" option in either functionlity or application. This is strickly a PMS feature requested from the PMS console. Group wakeup here means exactly that: the adminstrater of the PMS can have a "group" of guests check that all want a wakeup time to be at the same time. The feature alows the personel to set "from the PMS console" wakeup calls to the Mitel. Again this is a feature offered by the PMS mfg NOT Mitel. I have not come across this before and searching to see if any "bug" were created by it's implementation. Thanks for the effort though.

This being the case, I would have to assume that the PMS system would be capable of setting the wakeup for each individual extension.

From the Mitel's perspective, the wakeups are simply set to the same time for a group of phones.

The "Grouping" is outside of the Mitel so frankly it doesn't care.
