SX200 ICP AX>Wakeup Call

I've overlooked enabling an option in COS or System Options. The wake up call softkey is not appearing on the 5540 IP console and a sub attendant. On the console, I press Function>Guest Room>Room Number. No softkey for Wake-ups appears on the console display.

The same applies to the 5340e sub attendant phone. I press the guest room key>room #> no softkey appears for Wake-ups. I've checked form 50 to make sure that the mailbox I'm testing has a guest mailbox.

What am doing wrong folks?

That was it. Actually figured it out about two minutes after creating this post last week. Thanks for that kwbMitel.
