Is it possible to set up two auto attendants in an SX200 ICP with embedded voice mail? I've always used single digit mailboxes in form 50 when setting up auto attendants. I know that auto attendants can somehow be set up using a hunt group and speed dials. I know that because there's an option in form 17 that says AUTO ATT. I'm wondering if I can use an auto attendant with single digit mailboxes in form 50 and create one using a hunt group.

I'm also curious to know how to set up a call coverage message for callers in a que. For example, a call comes in to the main number. All attendants at the front desk are busy handling other calls. The caller is placed into a que and hears on hold music. Every 10 seconds or so, the on hold music is stopped and a greeting plays that states, all agents are currently busy, please hold and your call will be answered promptly".

I thought about splitting this up into two threads but I'm thinking both will be using embedded voice mail, hunt groups and RADs. Therefore, it may be best to include both questions in one thread since they'll be using the same resources.

I currently have a total of 20 voice mail ports in the system. 4 of those are ports are dedicated to a RAD for wake up calls. The rest are for voice mail.

Thanks

The Hunt group Auto-Att is all I ever use on a 200 for security reasons. It is very flexible and you have complete control of the digits the callers can dial. No hacking of VM.
[ul]
[li]You need VM Rad ports in a hunt group configured to deliver the message[/li]
[li]You need Speedcalls setup and mapped to the digit(s) pressed by the caller. This is done by setting the prefix digits in the AA huntgroup to 1 digit short of dialling a specific speedcall.[/li]
[li]The trunks need access to speedcalls[/li]
[/ul]

For the Attendant Comfort greeting you need
[ul]
[li]COS option 705 enabled in the calling device[/li]
[li]COS option 118 timer set for Console[/li]
[li]Rad Group setup and entered in Form 19 under UCD/Att Recording for the Consoles tenant[/li]
[li]Make sure Form 4 timer 51 for final ring timeout is set long enough for the call to be answered before being disconnected[/li]
[/ul]
