Is there a way to track internal phone calls within the SX200 AX? Not transferred calls. For example of room 100 calls room 205.

Thanks

No

Side Note, You'd be surprised how many of my one word answers like this have garnered Stars while my novels of expertise get crickets. I was curious which this would be.

I'm not asking for one, just one of life's little curiosities.

That statement alone deserves a star as I'm never sure when or if certain responses should be given stars. I've seen simple solutions get stars while, well written, detailed solutions not get stars. I'm referring to Tek-tips threads as a whole. When it comes to giving stars, I guess I'm gun shy kwbMitel. However, I always try to express my thanks and appreciation for responses to my posted threads. Your responses to my threads are always valuable nuggets of information in my opinion. I don't want to "star" you to death but you most certainly deserve recognition of constantly contributing information and advice to the Mitel forum.

I'm past the point of caring one way or another. It's a source of pride for sure but not much more.

The fairly recent appreciation thread for me was really touching but in my mind diminished the value of the stars. Not to diminish the intent of that thread but I contacted the site admins and had my stars removed on that one.

There are a few of us on this forum that have some great skills. I look at almost every thread and read almost every comment. If I see a deserved star, I typically advocate for one to be given or give it myself if I find it useful to me as well.

The best way of looking at stars is:
[ul]
[li]Was the post helpful[/li]
[li]Was it the MOST helpful[/li]
[li]Was it something so useful that you might want to refer back on it later[/li]
[li]Was it something that showed an incredible intuitive grasp of the question[/li]
[/ul]

If a post meets any 2 of those criteria, it deserves a star.

An example of the last one for clarity. (from about 10 years ago)

A user posted that they were having difficulty with with setting up external paging. They provided enough information in the post to make it seem that they had all the elements for it to work, but it wasn't. Anytime they attempted to page, they got an error. All physical connections had been checked and proven to be operational. All programming had been verified by other responders and everything looked correct. Take a moment to see if you can figure it out with that info.

Hint
[hide] ask yourself if there is anything that the user might be doing wrong when attempting the page assuming that everything else is correct and that the system would work if they don't do it that way [/hide]

Answer
[hide] I asked the poster if he was testing by dialling handsfree or if he was lifting the handset. External paging does not work handsfree.[/hide]

well at least the stars weren't awarded for the one word answer.

If any of you jokers see that as a challenge, please don't.
