SX200 ICP AX>5340e Sub Attendant>Guest Room Key

I've programmed a 5340e sub attendant with a guest room key. When you press the guest room key, nothing happens. I thought I had enabled all necessary options in the sub attendant and guest room phone COS but I've obviously missed something.

I figured it out...again. It was easy. I enabled my COS options for the sub but forgot to hit enter...smdh
