Sx200 hotel wants lobby phones to ring frt desk when handset is lifted?

Looking to have 7-14 analog phones ring front desk when they user lifts handset. Not sure where or how to do this. I thought it was a cos setting but can't seem to find it. Any help please

Manual Line (0) - Enabled

When handset is lifted, the phone will automatically dial 0 (tenant routing form 19)
