I'd like to ask what form in an SX200 AX you can read and edit room status codes? These codes are going to be used for housekeeping to list the status of the room: Clean Occupied, Clean Vacant etc...

Thanks,

It can only be viewed or changed from a console or sub attendant set
NOTE: The status according to the Mitel has no direct relationship to the Status of a Property Management System
Changing the status from the console or Sub-Att MAY NOT update the property management system the way you want

It can only be changed reliably from the room using the Maid In Room code (FAC 35 - form 2)

Dial the FAC followed by a single digit.

So will the PMS vendor program the single digit that a maid would enter after entering the Maid In Room code?

The PMS vendor will be preconfigured to accept the digit.

They will ignore wrong digits

The mitel simply sends the digit as a text string that looks something like [STS1 101]
- That would be interpreted as Status 1 from room 101
- The mitel might interpret status 1 as a dirty room and the PMS might interpret as Clean. Mitel status does not matter in this case and cannot be used or trusted.
