All, I'm working on cutting over to a new PRI. The carrier is Windstream. Able to receive inbound calls. Unable to make outbound calls. The carrier set up a trap. We've made several test calls. The carrier states that sometimes they are receving digits. Other times they are not receiving digits. When they do receive digits, it is not the number that my tech dialed. I've enabled/reenabled Unknown Numbering Plan but that makes not difference. This affects local and LD calls.

Thanks

If this is a 200ICP check your CPN settings in forms 19, 22 and 54. I had an issue not long ago when a fiber was cut and the carrier rerouted service to another location. When that happened outgoing calls stopped working. The CO calls were routed to wasn't seeing the correct number of digits placing the call (the previous CO was set up for 10 or 11 digits). I reprogrammed form 54 to outpulse 1+area code+number and this resolved the issue. Not the same problem as you're having I realize, but it might help if you're still having issues. Good luck.
