SX200 EL - Alarm *New System ID Module Installed*

Greetings all!

I have a client with a Mitel SX200 EL LW19. I recently replaced the MCC III Main control card, reused the old sysid, and LW19 Flash Card. Now, 2 months down the road, I am getting a new alarm every 2 minutes or so. I do have a backup I made before and after replacing the MCC III.

The alarms are:
New System ID Module Installed
Original System ID Module Installed

Any thoughts? Flash Card? Power Supply? Another bad MCC III?
