Hi, we have a voice mail system on our Mitel SX200 that uses COV or a SuperSet ports to connect. The voice mail system is getting old and the VM company dosn't support the old DOS based system anymore. My question is what would be a good system to replace this with? We are using G1003 software so ONS intergration is out of the question. thanks again.

SX200 Digital COV voicemail

Mitel has an upgrade package deal to move you up to a 200ICP which has 'in-the-skins' built-in voice mail.
PN 52001524 MLP $10k but minus a $2500 rebate plus whatever your discount is (schedule B).
All current options and features move across no charge plus you get 20 IP set licenses, 20 voice mail user licenses and a bunch of other stuff.
You're right, the old COV Voice mail is ancient, likely so it the PBX its running on.
This is a good opportunity to move up.
