Big Lucy wants to use Express Manager to monitor the VM. The Console keeps answering, were do I find what the auto att number is

It is probably the hunt group access code in form 17. Then you can check if it had a DID assigned or an analog trunk.

Thanks I've looked there and nothing...Now I'm having a problem with a mailbox (and wouldn't you know it's the lodging mgr's) wont go to VM it reverts back to the auto attn I've removed the mail box and reinstalled it still happens canceled all features moved set to another PLID busied and released extension still no workie. I had another express mesenger that started doing funny things like this right before it crashed any suggestions?
