SX200 analog port locked up

Hello all,
I'm working on an SX 200 release 5.0.2.14. There has been construction here so I'm sure that's the reason this analog station port is locked up.
I've remove the jumper and tried:

diagnostics > busy out
diagnostics > ret to svc

When I do a reports > show status it's "idle". So I tried CP_DEV_IDLE anyway but nothing.

Any thoughts?

Put the jumper back and run reports>show status again. If it shows busy there is a short somewhere in the station cable.

Thanks for the response.

I can't draw dial tone from the port with the jumper off right now.
The wire is good, no s/c , I already metered it and I'm sure it was cut and re-spliced already.

I was looking for a way to restore the port without resetting the system.
So I just reset the system anyway and the port comes back up and I draw DT but then it drops again. Mind you, there is no I/W connected.
I reset the system again, ret to svc, busy out, ret to svc, CP_DEV_IDLE....never got DT again.

I'm convinced the port went bad.
