On an SX200 5.0 AX I want to change the extension the AA times out to from the Attendant.

The customer would like it to time out to a hunt group. I have looked in form 19 and 49 and have checked the admin mb setting but nothing pooped out at me.

Thanks, Jim

pooped out" [rofl]

If you are talking the about the Main Level AA, it times out to zero.

You can modify the extension associated with mailbox zero

Or you can put the VM in a separate tenant and control dial zero by the tenant

Or you can activate Priority Dial zero in the COS of the ports and Control from the existing tenant

Or - get really creative which I don't typically recommend.

BTW, I should have known that, it is the same as a 3300...I believe I am getting flustered here...
