I cannot figure a way to allow local and long distance calling from a this one room phone. When I set up this the prompt comes back as LOCKED. Anyone know the solution to this? Thanks

locked means the phone has been off hook too long or trouble with the line that is causing the same result as phone off hook too long.

Yup, locked is "no more DSP resources for you"

Usually off hook or a short on the line
