Ok heres a weird one. We have ext 112 going to a hunt group. I made another set part of that hunt group, but when a call came to both sets the ringing was far too loud.
So I got into CDE and turn the ring of none. Now when both sets get a call the set with the ringer turned off must select the line to take the call instead of just picking up the handset.
It seem to me a bit odd that mitel would make it "if you want to take the call without having to push a button, your ringer must be enabled."
The work around was to turn the volume down, but now she can enjoy the beni's of a hands free call.
