I have 2 phones at an off-site location that have "no comm" displayed. They are on a Mitel SX-200. Any help/ideas?

what do you mean? how are they connected? u have just a plain sx200? whats your software/lw version? have they ever been working or is this the first time trying? are they programmed as such in the device assignments? gotta be more elaborate
