Motel has console and admin phones tenant 1, guest rooms tenant 2. Form 19 tenant 2 is set for day= 572 (LDN on console), night 1= sc001, night 2=sc001. Speed call 001 is routed out and dials the main number, which is then answered by th AA, and gives the guest night instructions, as there is no staff at night. Problem is, tenant 2 thinks it's in night mode at all times, so during the day, Dial "0" calls show up as an incoming T-1 trunk instead of showing name and number. Why stuck in night mode?

Each tenant controls its own Night service unless control is granted via form 6

Give Tenant 1 control of tenant 2 and toggle the service.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

So do I toggle that via the console? I changed Form 6.

Toggled in and out of night service, works great now. Thanks so much for the help![bigsmile]
