Does anyone have the lowdown on the status of this product? I have a customer that cannot get support for their unit.

What is the exact version of the SX200? SX200 ICP/ SX200 EL/ML? What software?

The system is a Mitel SX-200 Integrated Communication Platform w/ 80 GB hard drive.

Find a new dealer, the SX200ICP is still supported and sold. The issue might be the software level has not been updated and they are finding that product support coverage of that software level is no longer available.

The current release for the SX200 ICP is 5.x and Mitel usually only supports one release back (4.x). The system is supportable by any Mitel certified partner.
