SX-200 Adding 5330 sets, not working properly

The system is an SX-200 CXi with 4.0.5.17 SW

I'm trying to add brand new 5330 sets and they are not downloading their bootload properly.

At the point where they would normally download the bootload Download progresses to 4 and the display says Main Not Found.

If I was a betting man, I would say that the phones were too new and dont recognise the TFTP load with 4.0.5.17.

The PN on the phone is 50005804 (10 of them have the same symptoms)

Any other suggestions?

I believe there was a patch to 5.0 for this. We had the same problem with 5330e's.

Agreed most likely need newer sofware.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
