SX-20 SMDR

Just had a customer with a blown SX-20 CPU, Generic 503, he had a spare complete box he got from his brather-in-law. So I installed the replacement unit (also a 503), It worked !! I programmed it the best I could, the customer had no print ouut from the orig unit!!, I had a manual, but I missed something in SMDR> It prints out wake up calls ok but won't pront LD calls. Could be I've screwed up the toll controllprog, never had any luck (or training ) on that anyway, & I only get to work on these about once every other year, (only know of 3 left in my territory, & now they're all my problem I guess).
Anyone having suggestions (other than turning it into an anchor) would be greatly appreciated.

Checked back on it today, it's been printing ! no idea why it didn't print test call, and yes now it is printing local & 1800 calls plus LD. Go figger, think I got toll control right now also, 1st 4 trunks local only, 2nd 4 LD, blocked 411, 5551212, 1900 etc. Kinda wish these last two 20s would go away, they don't break often & when they do you have no recent practice !! hehehe
