Switching to Application Mode

I am running windows 2000 server and Exchange 2000 on the same server. I need to change TS from Remote to application mode and when I attempt to do this is instructs me that some of my applcation might not work. I don't care about Office, and misc programs. Will it stop my Exchange Server from functioning properly?

Hmmm Exchange and TS app server on same box, there may be tears. You don't want to be running too many users.
