switching out a phone with IP Manager Assistant

We are using the Cisco IP Manager Assistant. I had a defective Cisco phone, and switched out the phones (changed MAC addresses too). Now, when the phone booted up, the IPMA box isn't on the phone. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I may have missed?
