Switching one T7316 for another

Hi all. I am not a phone person so I may not be asking the question correctly.

Is there a way for me to take my working conference room phone that no one uses and switch it with another that works only not so well?

Both phones are T7316 phones connected to a Nortel Compact PLUS ICS and CallPilot 100.

I do know how to log into admin and navigate the menus, but not much more.

To swap sets but keep the DN (ext #)at the jack then Set relocation should be turned Off in programming....SystemSettings/FeaturesSettings/SetRelocation.
