i have written a report for an associate at another hospital that uses the same scheduling software that we use; the report runs fine for me, but i am worried that it wont when i email it to my friend. the last time i wrote a report for someone else they were having a heck of a time with it because it kept looking for my database.

is there a way i can go in and remove a database name and give the report the name or location of the new database - that way when they go to run the report it will automatically look for their database and not mine?

any help would be greatly appreciated...
thanks
