Switching Modes - Too Slow!

I have been having trouble switching from design to source mode and vice-versa. Has anyone run into this problem and if so how can it be solved? Is it a problem based on file size/too many controls? I have a higher end PC but maybe I need something better?

If it's any consolation, I'm having the same difficulty.

80% of the time, I can switch between views no problems, but every now and then I find that InterDev grabs all of my processor and RAM.

I find a reboot helpful, but incredibly inconvenient.

I found out that a lot of empty lines where added between the DTCs.
On a regular basis I show all the controls as text , and start delete them.
Does anyone knows whats generate these lines ?
