Switching ISP'S 1

I would like to switch ISP'S:
1) will I continue to receive mail under my old e-mail address?
2)how do I convenientlynotify everyone of my new address? [sig][/sig]

1) If you dialup using your new ISP's number, then you can still receive mail as long as your old mail account is still set up in your mail program (you won't be able to send from your old mail account unless you dialup using their number)
