Switching from Vianet to cardnet help.

we are having to switch from Visanet to cardnet (CES) Radiant.
anyone with any tips on configuration in EDS?
Everything is entered correctly but it will not connect and process. I keep getting a "Lost connection with Host while waiting on" and that's it.

Could I use another configuration for this to work?
