Switching from TELRAD to BCM 400

We have about 50 - 60 phones and we are going to switch to a newwer phone system. I don't know much about phone systems. We are getting the BCM 400. What can everyone tell me about this that the Sales person always decides to leave out.

Any Pros & Cons?
