When I use the set up options in the operator menu through the phone it tells me that the message has been changed from the standard message to the alternate message but, when you call the number it still plays the standard message. It seems to me there must be a way to change from the standard to the alternate message from the phone. However, for some reason it does not change it in the voicemail system and I have not been able as of yet to figure out why.We use the NEAXMail AD-64. Any help would gratly be apperciated.
