Can someone please tell me the easiest way to do the following:

The company I work for has 10 email addresses setup with the local ISP. They registered a domain and all the emails are set like user@companyname.com

We just bought a server with Exchange and want to route the emails through the server and then to the clients.

Currently remote users dialup to the ISP to get their mail. This is bad for our business because we need a centralized record of all correspondance. So I'm assuming there is a way to redirect it through the server and then have everyone dial or connect to our local server to get their mail.

Please help me figure this out.
Shawn

First the MX record must point to your server.
Then mailboxes setup with the correct SMTP address.
Then decide if users will use Outlook or some POP3 client.

The whitepapers at should help out too. Not sure on your level of Exchange knowledge but these are the big things I can think of. Dan
